In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). Above average stay
Stay at Summit Kalimpong was between average and good. But one thing I want to mention staff Priti chhetri , Ipshika chhetri, anup , sapana.all are excellent in taking care of guests.
Food menu option at buffet is very limited.
Not much extra curricular activities.

Unprofessional 2024 stay and experience, instead of nice 2023 stay
Not much impressed and satisfied with the stay this time, compared to the stay last year! The only plus point is the lawn and game zone, which is perfect for kids. But the Premium room they have offered is a much smaller and crunched one, which is not at par with the room tariff charged.
The food options are very much costly, and there are very less options for only vegeaterian guests like us. Even when we have ordered a-la-carte orders, they initially tried to confuse us with much less quantity of platters, which was for the buffet options. These type of unprofessional service is not acceptable from such a big chain of hotel groups.
Overall our stay costed us of 4-star service, but the overall stay was truly unprofessional and I never expected this, being a second time visitor to the same property at a gap of just one year.

Memorable stay
Excellent property , well maintained with well behaved and courtious staff. There is a sprawling lawn with a kids play area as well. Rooms are clean and view from the balcony is amazing with the entire town of Kalimpong can be seen.The quality of food served is also very good. Highly recommended for family trips.

Unwinding Vacay-yay
The hotel is very aesthetically appealing, the food is scrumptious, if you're lucky you'll get to see the mount kanchengunga as well, and that is the best experience. It's located in a convinent location as well close to the market. The staff is very warm as well. It is the perfect place to unwind 🌿

Sehr schönes, ruhiges Hotel
Schönes Hotel, leider etwas ausserhalb des Stadtzentrums, aber dafür sehr ruhig. Schöne, grosse und saubere Zimmer und Badezimmer. Gutes Frühstücksbüffet, sehr gutes Nachtessen à la Carte. Nettes Personal.
